Yelena's professional experience includes community mental health, crisis services, behavioral therapy, and case management. She has experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and other behavioral challenges, collaborating with families to implement individualized strategies that promote emotional, behavioral, and social development. Yelena also has experience in supporting adults experiencing anxiety, depression, suicidality, trauma, PTSD, substance use, and other mental health concerns through advocacy, resource coordination, and trauma-informed care.
