Kat Meneses earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee. She is currently working on her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School. Kat has a decade of experience in childcare and youth support, working with all ages and grades from kindergarten to high school. 

Kat is interested in working with adolescents, anxiety disorders , and LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy.  Being a part of the community herself, Kat understands the need for support and advocacy in this journey.  Kat aspires to create a nurturing environment where LGBTQIA+ youth and adolescents feel seen, heard, and valued. Her ultimate goal is to empower youth and adolescents to embrace their authentic selves, navigate life's challenges with confidence, and thrive in a world that celebrates diversity and inclusion.
