Aylen is a health and behavioral health professional with training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working directly with children and families in diverse settings. She holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a specialization in education, which has enabled her to develop evidence-based interventions focused on emotional and behavioral well-being.

Aylen's approach to trauma therapy is grounded in empathy, understanding, and the creation of safe spaces where each individual can heal and develop skills to cope with difficult experiences. She has experience supporting individuals with diverse needs, promoting emotional regulation, resilience, and an improved quality of life through individualized and trauma-sensitive strategies.
